Yellow-throated Vireo (Vireo flavifrons)
- HABITAT - Yellow-throated Vireos breed in deciduous or mixed-deciduous forests in eastern United States and a limited area of Ontario, Manitoba and Quebec. They winter in Central and South America.
- DIET - In summer Warbling Vireos feed mainly on insects and spiders, but will resort to berries in the fall and winter.
- FACTS - Yellow-throated Vireos are quite rare as far north as Canada. We had just a single sighting.
