- Habitat: Fields meadows, bogs and open areas
- Native/Non-native: Native to Eastern North America.
- Small iris, blue with yellow centre, six petals each with a pointed tip.
- Similar to Common Blue-eyed Grass, but with a slender, barely winged stem.
